Bakery – włoska tradycja w nowoczesnym wydaniu
Projektując koncept kawiarni Bakery skupiliśmy się na oddaniu charakteru produktu, który stanowi jej serce – słodkiego Panettone, wyjątkowego ciasta wywodzącego się z okolic Mediolanu, głęboko zakorzenionego w włoskiej kulturze i tradycji.
Bogactwo kandyzowanych owoców – cytryn, pomarańczy i rodzynek – stało się punktem wyjścia dla palety kolorystycznej, widocznej w specjalnie zaprojektowanych płytkach oraz wykończeniu frontu lady. Kompozycję uzupełniliśmy o zielone akcenty inspirowane włoskimi ziołami oraz miedziane detale, znane z tradycyjnych włoskich naczyń – wszystko po to, by stworzyć przestrzeń, która jest zarazem energetyczna i elegancka.
An integral part of the concept is the open kitchen – a space where customers can observe the bakers' craftsmanship up close, whether from their table or through a large storefront window facing the Powiśle district. This approach enhances transparency and builds trust in the brand.
We also designed a comfortable dining area, featuring soft armchairs and cozy chairs whose shape, colors, and textures invite guests to stay longer and fully enjoy the menu.
The space is completed with a composition of spherical lamps, which not only serve as the primary light source but also symbolically reference the shape of a Panettone as it matures upside down – becoming a subtle yet central element of the venue’s identity.
